Slack

Configure Slack notifications under Settings → Notifications → Slack:

  1. Click Connect to Slack and authorize the HoundDog.ai Slack app for your workspace.
  2. On Slack’s authorization screen, pick the channel that should receive notifications. HoundDog.ai shows it afterwards under Connected Channel, which is read-only.
  3. Enable the notification types you want:
    • Enable Slack notifications for new dataflows, with a severity threshold.
    • Enable Slack notifications for new data elements, with a sensitivity threshold.

Use Reconnect to Slack to re-authorize, change the workspace, or change the connected channel.
