HoundDog.ai can alert your team when scans detect something new:
- Email — notifications for new dataflows (by severity threshold) and new data elements (by sensitivity threshold), plus an optional weekly summary email.
- Slack — the same dataflow and data element notifications delivered to a Slack channel.
Separately, in-app notifications — the bell icon and the Notifications page — cover RoPA report review requests and submitted reviews. Notifications can be marked read or unread, and deleted individually or all at once.
