Configure email notifications under Settings → Notifications → Email:
- Enable email notifications for new dataflows — sent when a scan detects a new dataflow at or above the severity threshold you choose, to the recipient list you configure.
- Enable email notifications for new data elements — sent when a scan detects a new data element at or above the sensitivity threshold you choose, to the recipient list you configure.
- Enable weekly summary emails — a weekly digest of the dataflows and data elements detected across all repositories in your organization, useful for reducing notification volume.
Each notification type has its own recipient list.
